Custom Scrubs Manufacturer for Hospital Groups and Medical Uniform Brands

Scrub tops, pants, scrub jackets and lab coats cut, sewn and embroidered in one factory, one colour per department. Each colour is a line on a register you sign, and every facility re-orders from that line.

Custom Scrubs for Hospital Groups, Clinic Groups, Support Services and Brands

One scrubs program, several buildings, one colour for each department.

  • 01

    Hospital groups

Wards, theatres and emergency look the same in every building; names are embroidered and packed per person, department and facility.

  • 02

    Clinic and outpatient groups

A new clinic orders from the colours and styles already on your register, so it opens in the same scrubs as the others.

  • 03

    Support services in healthcare

Porters, housekeeping, catering and facilities staff go on the same register as clinical colours, so every role in the building keeps its own colour.

  • 04

    Medical uniform brands and distributors

Private label medical scrubs and scrubs wholesale under your woven labels, with your core colours held in fabric reserve for every re-order (how re-orders match).

02Department colour register

Department Colour Register: Each Colour Set, Approved and Signed Once

One record of which colour each department wears. Every later order, at every facility, is made from it.

  1. 01

    Target

A Pantone reference, or a garment your staff wear today. If that garment is faded, an unworn piece or the Pantone becomes the target.

  2. 02

    Lab dips

Up to 3 options per colour on your fabric, each tested against chlorine before you see it (the test).

  3. 03

    Approved together

The whole set side by side under D65 daylight, so theatre sits next to emergency and wards next to outpatient. Approved once.

  4. 04

    Retained lab dip + twin

The colour lab keeps the retained lab dip. You keep its twin, and each facility can request its own set.

D65 is the standard daylight source used to judge colour. Every department colour is approved and later checked under the same light.

Who holds it

The account manager keeps styles, facilities and staff lists current. The colour lab technician keeps the retained lab dips and the dye-lot records behind each line.

Every change opens a new version

A new colour, facility, fabric or style opens a new version that you sign again. Earlier versions stay on file, so any past order traces back to its register.

What you receive

A signed copy of every version, the twin swatches for each colour, and the lab-dip test results behind each line.

05Re-orders

Multi-Facility Re-Orders Made From the Same Register Line and Lab Dip

Once the register is signed, every facility orders from it, directly or through head office.

  1. 01

The facility orders by register line

Department, colour code, style, sizes and names. The account manager confirms back which line and version it is made from.

  2. 02

    Fabric comes from your reserve

Core colours of an active program are held for 24 months, so a re-order starts from fabric already here and stays on the re-order lead time.

Fabric reserve racks with rolls sorted by department colour
  3. 03

The fabric is read before cutting

Every roll batch is read against that colour's retained lab dip. Fabric outside tolerance is held back, re-dyed or replaced, and you hear before cutting if the ship date moves. Method and tolerance: colour continuity.

  4. 04

Tops and pants from one dye lot

Within one order, a department's tops and pants are cut from the same fabric and dye lot, recorded against the retained lab dip.

  5. 05

Cut from the same pattern files

CAD pattern and marker files kept for your program, so this medium is the first order's medium.

  6. 06

Names and logos from the same set-up

Logos run from the program's set-up record; names from the facility's staff list, with a spelling proof signed first.

  7. 07

    Packed for that facility

Per person, grouped by department, in cartons labelled for the facility.

06On the ward

Side by Side on the Ward: Four Checks Each Facility Runs Itself

New scrubs go onto a ward where staff already wear earlier batches. Each facility can confirm the new batch on delivery day, without waiting for head office.

08Hospital laundering

Built for Hospital Laundering: Chlorine-Fast Colour, Stable Size, Tested Logos

Hospital scrubs are washed hot, often by a contract laundry and often with chlorine-based disinfection. Each program is built to that routine at three levels.

Tell us your laundry route
01 · Colour

Grade ≥ 4

Colour fastness to hypochlorite, ISO 105-N01

Tested on every lab dip before you see it. A shade below grade 4 is re-dyed with a new recipe and tested again, so every option in front of you has already passed.

02 · Size

≤ 3%

Dimensional change, ISO 5077

A medium bought this year still fits like a medium after months of laundering, so wear-trial sizes stay right.

03 · Logos

× 50

Wash cycles on your fabric

ISO 15797 for industrial laundering or ISO 6330 for home washing, at sample stage. Industrial programs re-test on pre-production pieces before bulk release. Pass criteria: work shirts page.

Hypochlorite is the active chemical in chlorine bleach and many hospital disinfection cycles. ISO 105-N01 measures how much a colour changes after it, graded 1 to 5.

Who checks

The colour lab technician runs the lab-dip tests. Line QC checks first pieces against the approved sample. The QC manager releases bulk (the seven steps).

What you get with the sample

The lab-dip test result for each department colour, before and after wash photos, and the wash test record for each logo.

09Fabrics

Scrub Fabrics: Poly-Cotton, 4-Way Stretch and Poly-Cotton Twill for Lab Coats

Bought from mills in the colour you approve at lab-dip stage.

Close-up of ceil blue poly-cotton scrub fabric
65/35 · 150–180 gsm

Poly-cotton

For scrubs that go to a hospital or contract laundry. Polyester keeps strength and shape through industrial cycles; cotton keeps it comfortable over a long shift. Stain-release finish on request.

Hands stretching 4-way stretch scrub fabric
160–190 gsm

Poly/rayon/spandex 4-way stretch

Movement in every direction, a softer hand and a closer fit, for comfort-first programs and brands that sell on fit.

Close-up of white poly-cotton twill for lab coats
65/35 twill · 180–220 gsm

Lab coat twill

Heavier, holds a coat's shape and covers well. A different fabric, so each lab coat colour keeps its own retained lab dip.

Tested before approval

Every department colour is tested for chlorine fastness and shrinkage before it is offered (laundering).

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

Tested textiles for skin contact are available, with the fabric certificate supplied with the order.

10Construction

Scrub Construction: Necklines, Pockets, Waistbands, Bartacks and Badge Loops

Built for repeated industrial washing and a full shift of carried instruments.

  • Neckline

V-neck and round-neck finished with a bound or faced edge that holds its shape wash after wash.

  • Pockets

Chest pocket with pen slot, lower patch pockets for small instruments; back, side and cargo pockets on pants.

  • Waistband

Drawstring, drawstring with elastic, or full elastic with drawstring.

  • Vents and bartacks

Hem vents for movement; bartacks at pocket corners and stress points, where carried items pull hardest.

  • Badge loop and labels

Chest loop for ID badges; size and care label inside, your neck label on request (private label).

  • Lab coat

Button front, chest and lower pockets, back vent on knee-length coats.
