Corporate Uniform Program Scope: Roles, Garments, Logos, Sites and Waves

One order covers the whole workforce. It is built from five parts, and every later step of the rollout runs from them.

  • Three employees in different job-role uniforms side by side
    01

    Job roles

Listed once; the same role at two sites gets the same set.

  • A role's garment set laid out: shirt, trousers and knit vest
    02

    Garments per role

Which garments, and how many per person. Each has a style code, a fabric and a colour approved against a retained lab dip.

  • Close-up of a wordless company logo embroidered on a shirt chest
    03

    Decoration

Logo position, size and method per garment in a logo set-up record, name or no name.

  • Shopfront of one company site
    04

    Sites

Each delivery address and the person who signs for the cartons.

  • Planning board with coloured magnets in columns
    05

    Waves

The order your sites go live: everywhere on one date, region by region, depot by depot or store by store.

  • HR manager reviewing a staff spreadsheet on a laptop
    06

    Staff list

Name, size, site and role for every employee. With the item list, it tells the factory what to cut, whose name goes where and which carton goes to which site.

01Retail chains

Retail Chain Uniforms, Rolled Out Region by Region

Custom company uniforms for a retail chain follow the store network: a few roles, many stores, and staff joining every week once the uniform is live.

Set-up
Sales floor, stockroom, cashier, store manager. Brand-colour polos, a fleece for cold stores; managers add a dress shirt or blouse. Names often left off, as staff change stores.
Sizes
Store managers get the Excel template; staff try the region's set in a lead store.
Production
Every store is cut once, from the same dye lot wherever possible. Each person's garments are packed together.
Wave
Region by region, often in step with a refit or a campaign. A region's cartons leave only when every pack for every store in it is complete; later regions wait in our warehouse.
After launch
New starters go on the monthly run, on the same Excel file.
Where it stands
The region's stores have handed out packs by name, the try-on set sits in the lead store, the next region waits labelled in our warehouse.
01

The template

An Excel sheet with columns for name, size, site and role, plus a measurement chart for each style. It goes out through store managers, branch managers or shift supervisors, so there is no form link to manage.

02

Try-on sets

Programs of 200+ people get one set per region or site group, every program style in the full size run, made with the size set. Staff try them on in their own work. How the wear trial works

02Size collection

Size Collection: Excel Template, Try-On Sets and a Staff-List Cut-Off

Every size is entered once, on one sheet, by the person who saw the employee try it on.

03

The cut-off

Fabric is dyed to the approved lab dip while the list comes in. A late list moves the ship date by the same number of days.

Rows with gaps come back marked. A row still without a size is confirmed by the site manager or moves to the first monthly run, so the rest of the site is not held up.

04

Spares and spellings

Add unnamed spare sizes per site in any quantity. Spelling proofs go out by site and are signed before any name is stitched.

Ask for the size template

03Branch networks

Custom Made Corporate Uniforms for Bank and Service Branch Networks

Banks, insurers, post and telecom service points change over on the same morning, so the rollout is built as one complete release.

Set-up
Shirts and blouses in the brand colour or a fine stripe, dark trousers and skirts, a knit vest for cooler branches; men's and women's cuts.
Sizes
Staff check their size against the garment chart, then try the regional set during a trial period.
Production
Mostly logo only; names from the signed spelling proof where wanted. Every colour dyed to its retained lab dip.
Wave
One release. Finished bulk is held until every pack for every branch is complete, then shipped so each branch has its cartons before the date. Across countries: DDP to each branch, or one regional office.
After launch
New joiners go on the monthly run.
Where it stands
Every branch has its cartons before go-live, and the try-on sets sit in the regional offices.

04Wave release

Cut Once, Packed per Person, Released in Your Go-Live Order

The whole program is made at once. Your go-live order decides when each part leaves our factory.

  1. Cartons labelled by site being loaded onto a truckWave 1 · Shipped
Cartons for its sites leave together, with the site name on every carton.
  2. Finished cartons stacked by site on warehouse rackingWave 2 · Held, complete60 days
Finished and labelled, waiting in our warehouse for its date, for up to 60 days.
  3. Packer putting one employee's garments into a single bag and labelling itWave 3 · Packing
Each person's garments go into one pack, labelled with name, size and site.
  4. Account manager checking a staff list against a printed sheetWave 4 · List checked
The staff list is checked against the item list, and spelling proofs go out by site.
  • Cut once

The whole program is cut once, with the same dye lot per colour wherever possible, so a shirt at your first site matches a shirt at your last.

  • Released complete

A wave ships only when every person-pack for its sites is complete, so no site receives a partial delivery. If a wave's ship date moves, your account manager tells you within 24 hours.

  • Signed and labelled

Final release is signed by our QC manager against the AQL 2.5 report. Carton labels carry PO, style, colour, dye lot, and employee name, size and site.

Cartons go to one central address or to each site address, under DDP to major markets, and each site hands out packs without re-sorting. If a carton arrives with a problem

05Logistics

Logistics and Distribution Uniforms, Depot by Depot With Hi-Vis Included

Depots and hubs run on shifts, with office staff and floor crews in the same program.

Depot worker in a polo, hi-vis vest and softshell jacket moving parcels at a loading dock
Set-up
Desk roles wear logo polos; floor, yard and driver roles add a hi-vis vest and a jacket. Vests are built to ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 or EN ISO 20471, one build spec sheet per style signed by your EHS team. Vest construction
Sizes
Shift supervisors collect sizes, one tab per depot; try-on sets reach night shifts too.
Production
Polos and jackets are embroidered; on vests, logos and staff-list ID numbers are heat-applied and checked against the spec sheet.
Wave
One depot group at a time, on your site schedule. Each depot's cartons carry its name and hold every person's polos, jacket and vest together.
After launch
Seasonal and agency staff go on the monthly run, with vests made to the same signed spec sheet version.
Where it stands

06Facility services

Custom Uniforms for Business Services: Property and Facility Groups

Property management and facility services hold the widest mix of roles, and new sites join whenever a new contract starts.

Maintenance technician in a work shirt in a plant room
Set-up
Reception in shirts or blouses with knit vests, housekeeping in polos, technicians in work shirts and work pants, security in its own colour, all on one item list.
Sizes
Each site fills in a role column; each site group's try-on set holds every role's styles.
Production
Reception and security can be named; technicians' shirts follow the logo and name rules for work shirts. Every role's garments for one person are packed together.
Front-desk receptionist in a shirt and wine-coloured knit vest in an office lobby
Wave
The first wave covers the sites under contract at launch. A new contract site becomes new rows on the next item-list version, made from the existing styles, colours and logo set-up records.

After launch
A new contract site's first cartons ride the next monthly run. Our facility-services program model shows the pattern at scale.
Where it stands
Every contracted site has packs for each role; the newest is a new item-list version.

07One row

One Staff-List Row Through Four Programs, Step by Step

One employee, one role, one site. The steps are the same in every program; where they happen differs.

StepRetail chainBranch networkLogisticsFacility services
01Size entry Store manager, after a try-on in the lead store. Employee checks the chart, then tries the regional set. Shift supervisor, when the depot set reaches that shift. Site manager enters size and role.
02The proof Usually no name, so the row goes straight to sizing. Named roles go on the spelling proof, letter by letter. The vest ID number is checked against the list. Reception and security names go on the proof.
03The pack One pack: name, size, store. One pack: name, size, branch. One pack with polos, jacket and vest. One pack; the role decides its garments.
04The release Leaves with its region. Leaves with every other branch at once. Leaves with its depot group.
Leaves with the launch sites, or the monthly run if its site joined later.
05A wrong size
In all four programs the right size is made on the next monthly run, after a second check on the local try-on set.

With one size missing, the gates still lift: that person moves to the first monthly run, the rest ships on time.

Read down to step 04: when your sites go live decides how your cartons are released. Tell us which lane is yours: Retail chain · Branch network · Logistics · Facility services

Send Your Site List and Go-Live Date

10After go-live

New Starters and Size Exchanges on a Monthly Run After Go-Live

After launch, a program becomes a steady flow of joiners and replacements, run on a monthly cycle.

  1. 01

    Rows in

Your HR or admin team sends new rows on the launch format: name, size, site, role. One file a month, to one account manager.

  2. 02

    Monthly cut-off

    15–20 days

Rows received by the cut-off ship within the re-order lead time, packed per person and labelled for the site. Larger replacement orders run on the same lead time.

  3. 03

    Fitting sets

The launch try-on sets stay at your sites. A new starter tries the set and the size goes on the next run; sites without a set get the measurement charts.

  4. 04

    Status

The weekly status sheet keeps running for every open run, so you see when each site's packs ship.

  • Same as launch

Cut from your program's pattern files, logos from the logo set-up record. Core colours are held in fabric reserve for 24 months, and each re-order batch is read against the retained lab dip before cutting, to ΔE ≤ 1.0.

  • Names added later

New starters' names go on a short supplementary spelling proof, signed before stitching, with the same settings as launch.

  • Size exchanges and role changes

A first-wave piece in a size the employee chose wrongly is remade on the next run. A new role takes the garments on that role's line of the item list.

11Program lines

Program Lines: Manufacture, Decoration, Packing and Delivery to Your Sites

Among corporate uniforms suppliers, this is the manufacturer: garments made, decorated, packed per person, delivered to your sites and supplied after launch. Each line has a reason.

  1. 01

Made and delivered; your company owns the uniforms

Rental and laundering sit with laundry companies; for industrial wash routes every logo and fabric pairing is tested to ISO 15797 × 50 cycles.

  2. 02

Orders come through your HR or admin team

That keeps every order on the signed item list and your headcount; self-ordering stores and payroll deduction stay with your HR systems.

  3. 03

Delivered to your sites or one central address

Under DDP to major markets. Packs reach employees through their site, handed out by name, rather than at home addresses.

  4. 04

Shirts, blouses, polos, trousers, skirts, knitwear and jackets

All cut and sewn on our lines. Tailored suits and blazers come from tailoring lines, which sit outside our factory.

  5. 05

    One graded pattern per style

Every size comes from the same pattern file. Footwear sits outside our lines.

Retail chains, branch networks, logistics operators and facility groups run every role, site, wave and new starter inside these lines.
