Who makes what
Neck and care labels come from partner label mills, made to artwork approved with you. Patches are embroidered on our own machines. Every label is sewn on in our factory.
Proof and strike-off
For every label you get a digital proof and a physical strike-off, checked on the garment it will sit on and signed with the sample. Nothing is ordered in bulk before that. Label positions go into the style's build spec sheet.
Care label wording
Fibre content and care symbols are drafted from the fabric composition. You confirm the wording, languages and any importer details for your market, and the text is filed with the style.
Label stock
Held with your fabric reserve. Your account manager tells you before stock runs short of the next re-order, so a re-order never waits on labels.
Checked at final inspection
Label text, label position and the size label against the actual garment size are inspected. A wrong or missing label is a defect, the same as a sewing fault.

03Routes

OEM Workwear From Your Tech Pack, or ODM From Our Base Styles

Every style enters your program by one of two routes. Many ranges use both.

Pattern technician grading a style in CAD next to a client tech pack
OEM

Built from your tech pack

Measurements, fabric, trims, construction and label positions are built in CAD and graded across your size range. Styles developed from your tech pack belong to you. The pattern and marker files are kept to cut your re-orders and made for nobody else.

Designer comparing fabric swatches against base styles on a rail
ODM

Our base styles, changed to your spec

Pick a garment already on our lines and list the changes: fabric, colour, pockets, closures, trims, fit, label set.

Your adapted version is not offered to other buyers; the base pattern stays ours, so you start from a proven fit.

  • Either route, the same set-up
  • Signed sample
  • Retained lab dip for every colour
  • Label set approved with the sample
  • Build spec sheet
  • CAD pattern and marker files

An incomplete brief gets a question list with 2–3 recommended options for fabric, standard and decoration, so nothing waits on a perfect tech pack.

05Non-circumvention

Non-Circumvention: Four Commitments That Keep Your End Customers Yours

Four commitments apply to every order and every end customer in your program.

Two people signing a confidentiality agreement at a desk
01

Written into the NDA

No contact, quote or sale to your end customers. It covers every customer whose logo, staff list or address passes through your program, and it is signed before you send designs or customer details.

Account manager taking a phone call and making notes
02

Your customer calls us, the call comes back to you

They are referred back to you, with no quote or discussion. Your account manager tells you within 1 business day who made contact and what they asked.

How it is checked

The packing line works from the packaging specification on your order, and the QC manager's final release covers the packed cartons as well as the garments.

Show your customer a sample, ship straight from our factory and put your name on the whole delivery, without us becoming a second supplier to the account you built.

Ask for our NDA first

03

Our name on nothing

No garment, label, hang tag, polybag, carton, packing list or delivery note carries our name or logo. See it station by station.

04

Staff data for that order only

Names and sizes reach us through you and are used for name embroidery, the spelling proof and pack-by-person labels, then kept in your program folder with that customer's file.

06Customer files

End-Customer Logo Files, One per Customer, Filed Under Your Code

A distributor puts many customers' logos on the same core styles. Each logo is its own file, so adding a customer never touches another one.

Adding a customer

  1. Send the logo, the styles it goes on and the customer code.
  2. No vector file? The logo is redrawn and sent to you to confirm.
  3. Each new logo and fabric is washed to ISO 6330 or ISO 15797 for 50 cycles, results with the sample.
  4. You sign the spec sheet; the file is ready for every later order.
07Re-orders

Core Style Re-Orders on the Same Shade, Pattern and Labels

Brands and distributors carry stock and re-order on a rhythm. Every re-order has to sit next to the stock already on your shelf.

Storekeeper checking fabric rolls on reserve racks
  • Your core list

Style codes, colours with lab dip IDs, fabric, label set and sizes: what fabric and labels are held against.

  • Forecast sizes the reserve

Reserve and label stock are reviewed against your forecast at every re-order, so a fast-selling colour does not run short.

  • Same shade

Core colours are held in fabric reserve for 24 months and measured against your retained lab dip before cutting; method and tolerance are on our home page. Stock from different re-orders sells side by side.

  • Same pattern, labels, logos

Cut from the kept marker files, labelled from the current spec sheet, logos from each customer's record. Your PO lists style, colour, sizes and customer code.

  • 15–20 days

    Re-order lead time

A same-spec re-order ships 15–20 days after you confirm it.

  • When something changes

A new core colour gets its own lab dip and reserve. A changed style opens a new spec sheet version and sample; the old version stays on file while you sell through old stock. A problem on arrival: how it is put right.
