Hotel Uniforms for Front Desk, Housekeeping and F&B Service, Made as One Colour System

Front office, housekeeping and F&B service garments cut, sewn and embroidered in one factory, your brand colour lab-dipped on each department fabric, and every order packed per property, department and person.
Brand colour approved once, side by side, for every department fabric.
01Departments

Hotel Uniforms by Department: Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B Service

Hotel uniforms for every guest-facing department, made to one colour system. These hospitality uniforms share one base colour, and each department gets a fabric chosen for how it is worn and washed.

Cross-Fabric Colour Matching: One Brand Colour on Three Hotel Fabrics

Suiting, poplin, poly-cotton and apron twill each take dye differently, so one recipe gives three shades. Each department fabric is dipped to your Pantone on its own, so reception, corridor and restaurant read as one hotel.

03Pre-opening

Pre-Opening and Reflagged Hotels: Every Department Approved Once, Delivered Before Opening

The opening date does not move, and every department needs its uniforms at the same time.

  4. Bulk
  5. On site
  6. Opening
Planned backwards from the opening date: delivery lands at least 14 days before opening, so staff can try on, swap sizes and train in the uniform.

What arrives from you

The brand standard, department list, garments per role, logo files and the hiring plan, while the staff list is still growing.

What happens with it

The brand colour and every accent are dipped on each department fabric at once, with a sample set for every role. For teams of 200+, a full-size try-on set goes to the pre-opening office.

Colour approvals

Once, for every department together. Every later order is measured against those retained dips.

Alongside the main run

The final staff list is due within 10 days of sample approval while fabric work runs. Late hires go on a top-up run at the re-order lead time, packed per person.

Kitchen

Chef coats and kitchen aprons can join the same delivery, packed with the other departments.

At handover

One labelled pack per employee in the uniform room, grouped by department; the top-up run booked; the try-on set kept for new starters.

04Roles

Role Identity Rules: One Base Colour, Two Accents, Fixed Logo Positions

Front desk uniforms, housekeeping and service wear read as one hotel, and guests still tell reception from the room floor.
One base colour plus up to 2 accents per brand identity. Roles are told apart by garment and by where the accent sits. The base stays the same in every department, so its fabric dips are approved once.

Logo and name rules

Logo position is set per size, so it sits in the same place from the smallest size to the largest, and the first piece off every embroidery machine is checked against the approved sample. Names are proofed and signed before stitching; the full workflow is on custom work shirts.

Name badges and the item list

Badges come from your badge supplier. The badge position is fixed per role and the badge area is reinforced with fusible interlining, so pins and magnets do not tear the fabric. Every role is a row on the program item list; any change opens a new version you sign.

05Group rollout

Hotel Group Brand Rollouts: Custom Hospitality Uniforms Reused Property by Property

The fixed points are the group brand standard and the changeover order. Properties relaunch on different dates, often over several quarters.

What arrives from you

The group standard, the role and garment list, approved local variations such as polos at resorts, and the changeover schedule.

Alongside the main run

Each property sends its staff list on the group Excel template and is packed by department and person. Waves, held stock and new-starter runs follow the corporate rollout process.

After each changeover

Packs are on site, the item list shows the new property as its own rows, and the next property is already on the cutting plan with no approvals open.

06Several brands

Management Companies: One Colour System per Brand, Kept in Separate Files

Each brand's identity is set by the brand. Properties under one brand must match; properties under different brands must never be mixed up.
Orders quote the brand and the property code, so one brand's front office order cannot be dyed or decorated from another brand's records.

Operating Hotels and Resorts: Replacements Matched to the Uniforms in Use

Housekeeping uniforms, cleaning uniforms and front office replacements for an open property, where every new piece stands next to the ones on the floor.
Already with us
Fabric is measured against the retained dip for each department fabric before cutting, and logos are stitched from the existing set-up record.
Moving to us
Colour is matched from a garment your staff wear. If it has faded in the laundry, an unworn piece or the Pantone reference is the target, and the approved result becomes the retained dip.
Colour approvals
None once the program is on file. Every replenishment arrives with its spectrophotometer reading, so a new tunic stands next to last year's in the same shade.
Between re-orders
New starters go on a monthly run, packed per person. Housekeeping polos and tunics also come as stock styles with your logo for quick additions.
Where it standsThe uniform room holds stock for every role and size, each new hire's pack carries their name, and the next re-order is cut from the same patterns and dyed to the same dips.

10Laundry route

Housekeeping Uniforms for Industrial Laundering: Chlorine-Fast, Size-Stable, Wash-Tested

Housekeeping and cleaning uniforms go through the hotel laundry far more often than front office garments: hot washes, chlorine bleach, tunnel dryers and ironers.
Industrial route

Housekeeping and cleaning

Fabric
65/35 poly-cotton tunics and dresses, 4-way stretch for bed-making, polyester piqué cleaning polos. Stain-release finish on request.
Colour against chlorine
Every housekeeping colour is tested at lab-dip stage to ISO 105-N01 and must reach grade 4 or better before it reaches you. You approve a colour that has already passed the bleach test.
Size after washing
Dimensional change held to 3% or less, tested to ISO 5077: a tunic issued in M is still an M.
Logos and names
Polyester thread, cut-away backing. ISO 15797 runs for 50 industrial cycles on pre-production pieces; bulk is released only after it passes, with no added days. Pass: no broken stitches or puckering, no cracking or edge lift, ISO 105-C06 grade 4 or better.
When a test fails
Settings are adjusted and re-tested; if it still fails, the decoration method changes, and you hear before that decision.

Domestic or commercial route

Front office

Suiting and poplin decoration is tested to ISO 6330 for 50 domestic cycles. Each care label states its route, so your laundry sorts housekeeping and front office correctly.

Pocket corners on tunics and half aprons are bartacked, and fronts close with snaps, zips or buttons chosen per style.

11Range

Hotel Range Boundaries: Every Garment In, Accessories and Laundering Out

Built around the garments every department wears every shift, made in volume to one controlled colour.
The four hotels above never reach these edges: every garment they need, front desk to housekeeping to F&B, is on these lines.
  1. 01Forest green knit vest folded on a counter

Front office garments are shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts and knit vests

Tailored jackets are outside the range. The knit vest in your brand or accent colour carries the role identity and goes through the same dip control.

  2. 02Colour dip card being placed into a document sleeve for an accessories supplier

Ties, scarves and bow ties come from your accessories supplier

Your approved dip card goes to that supplier, so neckwear is matched to the same reference.

  3. 03Badge

Name badges come from your badge supplier

Names are embroidered and the badge area is reinforced, with the badge position fixed per role.

  4. 04Close-up of a care label showing only wash symbols

Manufacturing here, washing in your laundry

Your laundry or contractor washes; each garment is built and tested for its route, stated on the care label.

  5. 05Shoes

Footwear stays with your footwear supplier

The program covers what is sewn; shoes are ordered separately.

Why the supply route depends on the program

Cross-fabric programs are made custom or under private label, because each fabric is dipped on its own.

Quick additions

Housekeeping and cleaning polos and tunics also come as stock styles with your logo, for adding or replacing staff wear between programmed re-orders. All lead times
13Program model

What is on file

Three brand colour systems, each with one retained dip per brand colour per fabric, and one folder, logo record set and item list per brand.

How it runs

Staff lists and replacements arrive on one template, quoting brand and property code. Re-orders come every 3 months, each dyed to its brand's dips and shipped with readings; housekeeping garments pass the industrial wash test before release.
